Big love@alphajuniorschool for inviting me to participate in their PanAfrican Heritage Event last month. I had a lot of fun introducing them to @almasi_the_king and practicing the Top 10 African Dances, as well as using one of his easier tutorials as a base to build their own dance! I miss them all the time and this visit was very special to me - I hope they feel that way also!

When I first began work on The BodyRhythm Project I was fortunate enough to receive a microgrant from @jumbliestheatre to work with ALPHA in development. It's been so much fun to see how this work can apply to so many communities in so many different ways. Maybe it can be fun in yours too!
